Please note that our services are time-based and cannot be modified on-site. If the time of the service is longer, we can only undertake it if the time of the guest arriving after it is not disturbed.
If you want to change the agreed service (you want to use less or more services), please contact us in advance! If you change the service on site and want to use less, we will charge 50% of the fee for the missed treatment.
Cancellations, forgotten dates
If the agreed time is not suitable, please let us know at least 24 hours before the treatment. 50% of the fee for treatments canceled or forgotten that day will be charged the next time.
